All-Stars are contestants who have been designated as such by appearing in either the 8th season of Top Chef, 2007's Top Chef 4 Star All Stars or any other series or season where the contestants are designated "all-stars".
Simply appearing in more than one season does not automatically qualify a contestant as an "all-star".
