Dale Talde on Top Chef All-Stars
Dale Talde is a Chicago chef of Asian descent. He currently resides in New York, but attended culinary school at the Culinary Institute of America. Talde competed on Top Chef season 4 and placed sixth, winning many challenges and narrowly losing to Lisa Fernandes. Talde competed again on season 8 among the All-Stars, but was eliminated sixth again, winning 4 quickfires and three eliminations.
